"Keeping Family Stories Alive"

The Readers Loft will host an additional six-week Writing Circle facilitated by Sandra Shackelford beginning Wednesday, February 14. The circle will be in session from of 1:00 PM  until 2:30 PM.

This workshop is open to all regardless of previous writing experience and abilities.

In this casual and noncompetitive atmosphere, circle members will learn about and discuss the creative non-fiction writing process through family stories. Loosening up and learning through the use of prompts and various other writing exercises also included.  Participants will be encouraged to share their stories in their own words, while developing and using  their new found unique writing voice.
